A: Our cancellation policy is 100% refund if canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% refund if canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival, and no refund if canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival.

A: Most of our homes offer self-check-in with smart locks. You’ll receive an email with your code 1 day before arrival.
