SEA SALT BLISS is a new BEACHFRONT STUNNER in the much desired (non condo) area of West Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Eight bedrooms and seven baths will surely be enough space for the whole family. Three master bedrooms with three king suites/ensuite baths, three queen bedrooms also with ensuite baths and TWO bunk-rooms both with two twin over twin bunk beds in each will sleep a total of 20 people. This gorgeous GOLD fortified new construction beach house also has a main level den, dining/kitchen area with three bedrooms. This area also features a laundry room/pantry with double washers and dryers. Upstairs you will find five more bedrooms and another den with kitchenette (fridge w/ ice maker, microwave, sink and coffee area). But the real highlights of SEA SALT BLISS are the GULF FACING balconies with all of the sights and sounds you would expect. Grab your favorite cocktail and sit outside with the singing seagulls and waves crashing on our sugar white sand leading out to the glistening salt water while dolphins swim. Can you already smell that SALTY air? Our beach is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the condo part of West Beach Blvd so you can bike, walk or drive to any restaurant, shops etc that you want. But when you get on the beach...it's all yours!! You will never have to worry about someone setting up tents in front of you...relax and enjoy. If that wasn't enough to get you excited about staying at SEA SALT BLISS, check out our optionally heated pool UNDER the house with ample lounging, grilling and games area. Sometimes we can get too much sun and sand so instead of going inside to watch family play without you, grab a float and stay in vacation mode in the covered pool...This is also great on bad weather days so you can grill, swim and play games while staying protected. Parking under the house is for three cars and eight for oversized driveway to total 11 cars. This beach house will surely become a yearly destination for the entire family because of the amenities, beauty of the home, private location, memories created and SEA SALT BLISS you just can't shake off!! Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six and fifty hundredths percent (96.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-six and fifty hundredths percent (46.50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
