To the west of Laguna Key is Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge so its untouched and pristine white sand dunes have really cool walking trails to explore and also some of the best sunsets you'll ever see. To the left of the neighborhood are more large homes on large lots and no high rise condos for a quite a way so your beach is about as private as you can get on the Alabama coastline. The house has parking underneath and stairs to the first floor. Walking into the main living area there is a large island in the well appointed kitchen. Many meals and memories are made in a beach house kitchen! To the right of the kitchen is a dining room with access to the south facing patio. Also in this area is a half bath, laundry room and king bedroom with ensuite bath. This south facing bedroom has a door to the covered patio as well. The south facing patio is a great place to people watch while families stroll through the street. You're so close to the pool you may hear children laughing and splashing enjoying their vacation. To the left of the kitchen you'll find the den with access to the north facing covered patio and those beautiful views. This floor also features the downstairs master bedroom with king bed and larger ensuite bath with tiled shower, double vanities and a private water closet. The bedroom has a door to the covered patio so you can walk right into bed after relaxing on the patio. Going upstairs you'll walk right into the den/tv/lounge area with a kitchenette. This area is great for watching movies at the end of a long beach day. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink and microwave so it's perfect for the early birds morning coffee or the night owls popcorn and Netflix binge. This floor has four bedrooms. Two of them have amazing lagoon views with one being the upstairs master and larger ensuite bath. The other lagoon view bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath. Both of these bedrooms have doors going out onto the covered patio for those incredible sunsets. The south facing bedrooms also have private access to the south facing covered patio for a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. One of these bedrooms has a king bed and ensuite bath and the other has a full over full bunkbed with access to the hall full bath. This beach house will sleep 14 comfortably.
