Welcome to SeaShell.Rentals (“we,” “us,” “our”). 3. USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation policies vary by Property and are displayed at the time of booking. By making a reservation, you agree to the cancellation policy associated with that Property. Any refunds will be issued in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

6. USER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage from your failure to secure your account.

7. USER CONTENT

You may be able to submit reviews, messages, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content on the Site and in connection with our services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content is original and does not violate the rights of any third party.
